A boutique law firm in Tyson's Corner, VA with offices in Tyson's Corner and Silver Spring, MD seeks Virginia licensed Attorney (Maryland license is a plus) for civil and family division. Firm specializes in civil litigation, Family law, personal injury and Immigration. Please include salary expectations when responding. Applicant must be:
- Detailed oriented
- Punctual
- Represent clients in court
- Prepare and draft legal documents
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Strict on deadlines.
- Must be licensed with the Virginia State Bar (MD Bar is plus)
- 1-3 years practice experience preferred
- Familiarity with court systems, pleadings and procedural requirements
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to deal with clients
- Excellent research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
