Description:
This is a full-time, mostly on-site role for an Associate Attorney with no-fault experience. The Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks associated with insurance defense cases, including handling a supervised caseload, drafting motions and other legal documents, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court and other hearings. The role is located in Troy, MI.Qualifications:
- Experience in handling insurance defense cases
- Knowledge of no-fault and premises liability law
- Supreme organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to provide sound legal research and writing
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to participate in trial preparation/trials
- At least three years experience
