Elder Law Services of California is a growing law firm focused on elder law, estate planning, probate, and Medi-Cal asset protection. We are seeking a motivated and sharp Estate Planning Attorney who wants to build a long-term career in this field and grow with our firm.This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and the ability to develop professionally while working directly with clients. We are willing to train the right candidate who is hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the practice of estate planning and elder law.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their estate planning goals and objectives
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies and available planning options
- Draft estate planning documents including revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives
- Review client information and documentation needed to prepare estate plans
- Communicate clearly with clients throughout the planning process
- Work closely with the team to ensure matters move efficiently from consultation to completion
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining accuracy
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Experience in estate planning
- Experience in trust administration, probate, or elder law
- Spanish speaking
