We are looking to bring on an associate attorney that shares our values of getting our clients amazing results whether the case is big or small. We believe helping clients comes first whether our fee will be $300 or $300,000.00.We are a firm that believes all new client intakes should be conducted by an attorney and rely on our customer service to serve as our best marketing tool. We deal with a variety of injury cases and will pursue unique injury claims. Because of our client facing manner, the ideal candidate can appropriately educate clients on complex issues using layman terms and ultimately sell the client on strategies and their needs.
Because of our focus on customer service we make an effort to ensure staff and attorneys are not working at a high volume. The ideal candidate can competently handle a medium case volume while providing a high level of customer service.
This position will primarily focus on pre-litigation work . The ideal candidate is someone able to provide stellar customer service and who is not afraid to take a client phone call. Secondarily we want someone that will fit in well with our team. We often enjoy firm coffee or lunch with occasional firm events such as basketball games, wine tasting or concerts.
The firm's office is located in Tempe, but travel occasionally to hearings, banks or networking events may be necessary on occasion.

Vrana Law Firm is a mid-sized law firm in Tempe that focuses primarily on personal injury cases. We offer “Personal Attention and Proven Results” to our clients with the goal of getting them fair compensation for their injuries, quickly. We currently have four full-time attorneys and nine support staff. We offer health insurance, dental and vision insurance, and life and disability insurance. We also offer 3% contribution to a retirement account regardless of your contribution.
Our office is a productive and stable environment - seven of our thirteen person team have been with us for over six years. Our focus is working hard and efficiently to deliver the best individual results for our clients.
Wages: Salary $100K - DOE plus bonus structure full package likely $120K - $200K

Hours:
Full Time - expected at least 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday with the expectation that attorneys make themselves reasonably available for clients outside normal hours for unique and rare situations.

- Computer savvy and comfortable with cloud systems
- Ability to work productively in a team setting at a fast pace
- Contract issue spotting
- Professional communication with clients, doctors, attorneys and staff
Helpful Previous Experience:
- Experience with Clio
- Experience with G-Suite applications
- Experience with injury or diminished value claims
- Sales or negotiation experience
