Responsibilities:
- Assist with Personal Injury and/or Estate Planning matters based on interest and firm needs.
- Manage cases under attorney supervision, with increasing independence over time.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, correspondence, and related documents.
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, opposing counsel, and other involved parties.
- Participate in client consultations and help develop case strategies.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and uphold the firm's core values.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Member of the Florida Bar in good standing (or awaiting admission).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small but highly dedicated team.
- Interest in Personal Injury and/or Estate Planning.
