Job Overview:Boutique Santa Rosa law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 1-2 plus years of civil litigation experience, including law and motion practice, discovery, and witness prep.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in California.
- Strong people skills-get along wth clients and difficult personalities.
- Knowledge of Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
- Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Interest/Experience in construction, employment, and business law.
- Strong public speaking skills-in court and in client training seminars
