Attention Applicants:Hello, the A Real Estate and Personal Injury Law Firm is looking to hire a 2nd year associate new to work at our orange county office. We currently have 2 attorneys and a small staff, this is a good place to get some real experience. We are a Plaintiff's Firm and represent the underdog focusing on three areas of law: (1) Tenant Law-Eviction Defense; (2) Residential Real Estate Litigation; and (3) Plaintiff's Personal Injury.

The ideal candidate will be looking to handle cases primarily from inception to immediately before trial and some eviction trials. Including regular court appearances, drafting of Complaints, Law & Motion, Discovery, Client Consultations, Client communication, and building a winning case strategy. This is a great opportunity to work a case load and get real courtroom and litigation experience.
