Description:
Associate Attorney needed for Plaintiffs Personal Injury Law Firm in North County.- Applicant must have strong computer, typing, organizational, communication, telephone, writing, and verbal skills.
- Must be a team player, dependable, punctual, and familiar with Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law and have at least two years of litigation and trial experience. You'll handle the case file from start to finish and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Strong writing and research skills are a must.
- Attorney will handle negotiations, drafting and research and all aspects of lawsuits including written discovery, depositions, mediations, motions and trial.
Requirements:
- J.D. degree is required
- State License to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory
