Banker's Hill Law Firm, A.P.C. is looking for a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team.This role is ideal for attorneys with 1–3 years of experience who want hands-on litigation opportunities, client interaction, and exposure to multiple practice areas.
What You'll Do:
- Manage your own caseload across personal injury, lemon law, criminal law, family law, and workers' compensation.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
- Draft and argue motions, complaints, and other pleadings.
- Conduct research and develop legal strategies.
- Build strong client relationships while working alongside experienced attorneys.
What We're Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active member of the California State Bar.
- 1–3 years of legal experience (multi-practice experience a plus).
- Strong writing, research, and litigation skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend work depending on cases.
