- Residential and Commercial Real Estate
- General Civil Litigation
- Debt Collection
- Estate Planning
- Individual and Corporate Business Law
- Personal Injury
- General District and Circuit Court appearances throughout Central Virginia
- Real estate closings – client meetings
- Drafting settlement agreements and other contracts
- Preparing pleadings for litigation, including discovery requests and responses
- Dispute resolution including litigation, negotiation and mediation
Job Requirements:
- Virginia State Bar License in good standing
