- Review and analyze title and survey documents.
- Draft and review conveyance deeds and related legal documents.
- Facilitate commercial and residential settlements.
- Issue owner's and lender's title insurance policies.
- Review loan documents for residential and commercial transactions on behalf of borrowers and lenders.
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents related to real estate and business transactions.
- Manage IOLTA escrow accounts and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Draft and review commercial leases, asset purchase agreements, and related business documents.
- Conduct audits to ensure procedural and legal compliance.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active admission to the state bar.
- 2+ years of experience in transactional law, with a focus on real estate and business transactions.
- Strong expertise in title insurance, loan documentation, and escrow management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
