Baghdaserians Law Group is a boutique family law firm located in the beautiful and lively Playhouse Village of Pasadena. We're looking for a full-time Associate Attorney with 1 to 5 years of experience who is ready to grow in a supportive, environment.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
• Draft clear and well-organized legal documents
• Help prepare for hearings and trials
• Collaborate closely with clients and team members
• Negotiate settlements and attend legal proceedings
• Stay organized and meet deadlines

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed to practice law in California
• 1–5 years of litigation experience (family law experience is a plus)
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and professional
• Eager to learn and grow in trial practice

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $115,000 – $200,000, depending on experience
