Description:
Kropf Wagner Law Firm, LLP located in beautiful eastern Wayne County, Ohio seeks an Associate Attorney to join our general practice firm. This position involves negotiating dissolutions and uncontested divorces, litigating contested divorces, juvenile custody matters, child support, spousal support, and other like matters as well as additional opportunities to practice in estate planning, corporate and business, civil litigation, landlord/tenant, real estate, and criminal law. The firm encourages community and non-profit involvement.The successful candidate will be an Ohio licensed Attorney who is bright, dependable, professional, has a strong work ethic, and is a team player. Prior experience is preferred, but new licensed attorneys will also be considered. Immediate client representation is available.
This is a salaried position that also includes the opportunity for quarterly bonuses based on individual performance. The position includes benefits including health insurance, company match to retirement plan, Health Savings Account, paid dues to OSBA and local bar associations, paid CLE courses, reimbursements for company business mileage and other related expenses. This is a partner track position.
