We are accepting applications for a self-motivated Associate Attorney for our growing law firm.

This is not your typical small law firm.
  • We have a very “family” oriented culture, where each member's voice is heard and respected. Each firm member, whether it be the partners, Associates or staff, play a significant role in the growth of the firm, and are treated as such! We focus on what matters most—providing high quality legal services to our community members, while also enjoying the work that we do, in the environment that we do it.
  • Our next Associate Attorney will be a hard-working, team player responsible for working directly with clients and the firm's attorneys, handling estate planning, business planning, probate and/or elder law files from A to Z, performing legal research as needed, and assisting the supervising attorney in all respects. The firm handles primarily estate planning, business planning, probate and elder law.

The preferred candidate will be able to handle any of the aforementioned practice areas from beginning to end with minimal direction.

Candidate must be willing to learn our online databases, have excellent time management skills (or be willing to learn), be able to monitor deadlines, and possess a strong working character so that each file is treated as highly important.

The candidate should demonstrate a strong desire to “bet on themselves.” This is a high-reward opportunity for any attorney who wants to be empowered to develop themselves, both personally and professionally, as well as become an indispensable part of a tight-knit team.

Other requirements include the following:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proactive personality

While skills are required, the candidate's personality, character, intelligence, and integrity will be paramount considerations.

This position is a more than a job. For the right candidate, it's a career and will result in personal and professional growth.

Please forward your resume, salary requirements, and references. Please also tell us why you are the person we're looking for. In your cover letter, we ask that you somehow incorporate your favorite color so that we can tell you have read the entire job description and that you are paying attention.

We look forward to your responses.

Thank you for considering a position with us!
