Candidates must hold a Juris Doctorate and be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and not have any disciplinary actions against them.

Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience preparing and filing VAWA applications, T visa applications, waivers, and adjustment of status applications. This position will focus exclusively on these case types, but may be subject to change.

As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for:
  • Reviewing cases
  • Responding to Requests for Evidence
  • Preparing clients for hearings and interviews
  • Representing clients in front of USCIS officers and occasionally, EOIR
  • Assisting the team in anything additional required to help prepare a successful case

This is a full-time, remote position and may require occasional travel for team onsite meetings or for USCIS interviews. The firm headquarters are based in NYC. Salary is dependent on skills and experience level and ranges between $95,000 - $115,000.
