Busy plaintiff's personal injury firm seeking motivated associate attorney.The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience handling all aspects of personal injury litigation. Candidates will handle cases from inception to finish and experience should include drafting pleadings, legal research, draft motion and opposition papers, taking and defending depositions, attend court conferences and argue motions, participating in settlement negotiations, participating in mediations and preparing cases for trial. Trial experience not required.

Salary will be commensurate with experience ranging from $75,000 to $135,000. We offer an excellent benefits package including medical insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off and paid holidays.
