About the Job:Plaintiff's law firm seeks Attorney with 3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience. Applicants are required to be able to independently handle cases from inception through trial and have experience including drafting oppositions to SJ motions and conducting physician/MD depositions. Applicants must be familiar with New York City filing requirements, motion practice, PC, CC and NOI. Salary is commensurate with experience. New York City litigation experience only.
