Description:
Entry level attorney is required to deal with all areas of business litigation, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, probate matters, family law, legal research, and preparation of pleadings, discovery, and attendance at mediation, motions and trial. There will be some involvement in construction litigation, complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy.Legal Experience:
Attorney must have a minimum of one (1) year civil litigation experience and member of Southern District of Florida. Must be versed in Family Law matters. We are looking for someone that has a real passion for their profession and for serving the clients. Bilingual in English and Spanish.

- Must be a self-starter, able to handle a large volume of work in fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational skills.
- Keeping the Clients updated with all proceedings.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Plan and organize work to meet schedules and time lines.
- Individual must have a high level of enthusiasm and motivation along with excellent work ethics.
- Must be very organized.
