Description:
We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 0 to 4 years of experience to handle litigation and transactional cases in Probate, Guardianship, Real Estate, and Estate Planning.Associate Attorney must be organized and highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a member of the Florida Bar.
Must be dependable, reliable, organized, team player, considerate, self-motivated, and proactive. Must possess strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Associate Attorney will be conducting legal research and drafting, proofreading, and finalizing legal memoranda, briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts and estate planning documents, and will handle probate and guardianship administration, and litigation from start to finish.
Must Be Fully Bilingual (english and Spanish). Position Available Immediately.
