Seeking Associate Attorneys with 5+ Years of Relevant Experience

Compensation commensurate with experience; bonus is paid twice a year.

Busy and highly successful civil litigation and insurance defense law firm based in Downtown Long Beach is seeking defense litigation attorneys to join our SILICON VALLEY, CALIFORNIA team in Los Gatos, CA.

Practice Areas: Auto Insurance, General Liability, Premises Liability, Medical/Dental Malpractice, Construction Defect

Minimum requirements to be considered for the position:
  • JD degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school
  • Active member in good standing with BOTH the California State Bar
  • Strong litigation experience in insurance coverage/defense experience
  • Strong experience with motion practice, discovery dispute, conducting depositions, making court experiences and trial preparation.
  • Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills, comfortable presenting cases in front of judges and juries.
