We're seeking a dedicated attorney who is passionate about advocacy, courtroom work, and helping clients achieve fair and meaningful outcomes.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced trial attorney, preferably with two (2) years of courtroom experience, in family law or civil litigation. This position requires confidence in litigation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cases from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in divorce, custody, child support, adoption, and modification matters.
  • Handle court appearances, mediations, and trials independently or alongside lead counsel.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement documents.
  • Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
  • Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Provide compassionate, client-centered representation that aligns with firm values.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
  • Preferably 2 years of courtroom experience.
  • Experience in family law strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small firm setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Type & Schedule
  • Full-time (Monday–Friday)
  • In-person in Kerrville, TX
  • Occasional travel to nearby county courts as needed.
