Busy immigration law firm is looking for an associate attorney. The position is available for immediate hire and brings about a great opportunity to learn and practice immigration law before USCIS, immigration courts, and all courts of appeals. Prior experience in immigration law is a plus but is not a requirement. The ideal attorney will be bilingual in English and Spanish, and may be required to work evening hours and the occasional Saturday if the operation so requires. The ideal candidate must be culturally competent to deal with clients possessing diverse: international backgrounds; nationalities; races; religions; and sexual orientations. The ideal candidate will also have excellent written communication skills, be analytical, hard-working, a multi-tasker, have good interpersonal skills, ability to set priorities, manage time effectively, and must be congenial with others.
