Associate Attorney

Description:

Statewide boutique labor law practice firm seeks Associate Attorney for its Harrisburg, Pennsylvania location.

The ideal candidate shall demonstrate and be prized for the following in the selection process:

• 1-3 years of experience in trial and/or arbitration work,
• The ability to work independently and carry their own case load;
• Self-initiating; and
• The ability to effectively communicate and interface with both clients and interoffice staff.

Office environment is fast paced, but internally relaxed. The ideal candidate will be assisting with matters involving collective bargaining on behalf of public sector unions concerning, but not limited to, contract interpretation; disciplinary arbitration; and practice before the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board.

Salary commensurate with experience and credentials.

$70,000 - $100,000
