Description:
We are looking for a Transactional Associate Attorney with 1-4 years experience. The position involves supporting partners on a variety of business and transactional matters for individuals and closely held business clients in all areas of business from formation, leases and various contracts to mergers and acquisitions. The attorney will also have the opportunity to work on estate planning, trust, and probate issues, and will work closely with our litigation group to advise on strategies and issues in active cases.Responsibilities:
- Manage projects involving research, drafting, and client contact
- Draft and edit contracts, agreements, memoranda
- Ethical engagement with clients and opposing parties
- Develop and implement legal strategies for clients
- Research in support of transactions and client goals
- Advise and counsel clients on business legal issues
- Track and comply with deadlines
- Due diligence investigations and analysis
Qualifications:
- License in Colorado
- 1-4 years of experience in transactional law
- Self-Motivated, attention to detail
- Superior written and communication Skills
- Sophisticated critical thinking and analysis skills
- Proficiency in computer and word processing
