Description:
Business Litigation Attorneys is an established civil
litigation and trial group seeking experienced associate attorneys for
its Ft. Lauderdale office. Candidates should have a general civil
litigation background including experience defending 1st & 3rd party
insurance claims. Responsibilities may include attendance at hearings,
depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial, in addition to
preparing client reports and motions to the courts. Candidates must
possess excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability
to manage essential deadlines, as well as a strong work ethic and
comfort working collaboratively in a team environment. The positions
