About the Job:Perry Law, Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. As a Civil Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of civil litigation cases. You will work closely with our clients, partners, and legal staff to provide comprehensive legal solutions and ensure successful case outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
- Appear in court to represent clients in civil litigation matters, including conducting depositions, arguing motions, and appearing at trial or mediation.
- Collaborate with legal staff and partners to develop and implement effective case management strategies.
- Negotiate settlements and other forms of alternative dispute resolution to resolve cases outside of court.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage a large caseload while meeting all deadlines and providing high-quality work.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
- 2-4 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of cases.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiating and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research software.
