We are looking for an associate attorney that has passion and ambition to fight for clients and get what they deserve. The attorney will assist legal assistants, and paralegals in assuring client's concerns are addressed, reviewing demands, negotiating with adjusters and attorneys, handling hearings, motions to compel, motions for summary judgment etc. Successful candidates should have abilities in legal research, analysis, and drafting of complex memoranda, as well as motions and briefs.This position is in El Paso, Texas or Las Cruces New Mexico
New Mexico licensure is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills and ties to the Border plex Region are desirable.
What You Need:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar or New Mexico
- Experience drafting and responding to motions. Great drafting skills are a must.
- Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
- Hard working individual.
- Ambitious.
- Ability to draft motions, pleadings, responses, discovery, and great at research.
