Our primary practice areas are Immigration and criminal defense. We would like to add an associate to represent clients in both of these areas. Criminal cases would include both District and Superior Court, Immigration cases would include both removal proceedings and application-based cases with the service. Applicants should be licensed to practice law in NC. Prior experience in one or both of the practice areas is a plus, however it is not a requirement. Spanish language ability is also a plus, but not a requirement.
