Family Law and Divorce Attorneys is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-5 years' experience in Family law to join our team. This is a full-time position located in our office in Boca Raton, Florida. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:Job Requirements:
- Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
- Litigation experience required.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a caseload.
- Must be familiar with drafting and reviewing discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, drafting pleadings and motions etc.
- Must be able to work independently and comply with all law firm policies and procedures.
- Must also be highly organized with strong research and writing skills.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be flexible with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced litigation environment.
- Be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to work as a team member and independently handle various tasks.
