Hecht, Walker, Jordan, PC's Atlanta Office is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Litigation and Zoning and Permitting representation. Salary is commensurate with knowledge and experience in the area of real estate litigation, title issue resolution, and zoning and permitting.” Areas of practice may include representing residential and commercial construction and development companies, working on the rezoning and permitting of property, representing landlords in various landlord-tenant matters, assisting with litigating real estate matters such as lien enforcement and defense actions, boundary disputes, adverse possession disputes, nuisance cases, and construction defect litigation.
