Cambre & Associates is a growing Personal Injury Law Firm that represents clients in Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding areas by providing critical legal advice in the following areas: Motor Vehicle Accidents, Premise Liability, Medical Malpractice, Dog Bites, and Wrongful Death.

We are looking for an excellent Associate Attorney to assist the Firm and serve a growing list of clients, so that they get well, have their medical bills 100% paid, and get as much money as possible at the end of their case.

Other Duties:
  • Receive demand-complete case files
  • Call adjusters to follow-up on demands
  • Call adjusters to follow-up on late offers
  • Negotiate with insurance adjusters to reach top offers for clients
  • Negotiate with medical providers to achieve equitable settlements for clients
  • Conduct regular client update calls
  • Receive all offers and log appropriately
  • Scan client files to cloud database
  • Keep accurate notes in cloud database
  • Calculate and print accurate settlement statements
  • Maintain accurate records and schedules
  • Manage high-volume case load
  • Assist with Discovery, preparation of Complaints, or Mediation
  • Review relevant state laws on personal injury
  • Interview clients about their injuries, gather medical reports and insurance information from defendants
  • Review reports by witnesses or police
  • Receive mail and scan to appropriate record in case management system, keep accurate notes in cloud database
  • Assist other attorneys and staff as necessary
