What You'll Do:
As an Associate Attorney, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex immigration matters while working alongside a collaborative and mission-driven legal team.

You Will:

Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and the BIA
Manage a diverse caseload including family-based petitions, VAWA, U Visas, T Visas, asylum matters, and removal defense cases
Prepare and file petitions, motions, briefs, legal arguments, and supporting evidence
Develop winning case strategies with attorneys and legal support teams
Conduct legal research and analyze complex immigration issues
Advocate passionately for clients while maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards
Build trusted relationships with clients during some of the most important moments of their lives

What you bring:

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Minimum of 3 years of immigration law experience
Experience handling humanitarian immigration matters and removal defense strongly preferred
Outstanding legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills
Strong client communication and relationship management abilities
Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload with accuracy, urgency, and accountability
Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, or other multilingual capabilities are highly valued
