Correia & Puth is seeking to hire an associate attorney with 1-3 years' litigation experience for our busy plaintiff-side employment practice. Successful applicants will have superior writing and advocacy skills, and a demonstrated commitment to civil rights and the rights of employees. Spanish proficiency is a plus.Correia & Puth dedicates its law practice to the civil rights of employees in the workplace and other civil rights matters. We represent targets of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in both private and public sectors. We litigate claims in court. We also negotiate on behalf of employees, including employment contracts and severance agreements, and advocate on behalf of whistleblowers.
The salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000 a year, depending on experience. Benefits include 100% paid health insurance, available dental & vision insurance, retirement benefits, and ample paid leave.
