We are looking for an attorney who is licensed to practice law in California and has a passion for litigation, advocacy, and problem-solving. If you have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically under pressure, we encourage you to apply.
Key Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law by the State Bar of California.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Courtroom experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong interest in family law and/or criminal defense.
- Basic math skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Suite, AdobePro, Clio, and Westlaw.
- Comfortable using PC and Mac.
- Positive, "will-do" attitude and ability to handle stress effectively.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Friendly, professional, and client-centered approach.
- This position is remote-friendly, with hybrid or in-office options available.
- In-person court appearances may be required in Santa Clara, Alameda, or San Mateo Counties.
- The firm reserves the right to adjust the remote work policy as needed.
License/Certification:
- license to practice law in the State of California (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
