Wilson Williams LLP is seeking a full-time Associate attorney, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in representing municipalities and local governments. This Associate works closely with all our legal staff and reports to the managing partner.

About the role:
As an Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting legal research
- Advising clients on a wide range of issues
- Attending and advising at public meetings of Councils, Boards and Commissions
- Interfacing and assisting municipal executive and management staff
- Drafting resolutions, ordinances and other legal documents
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating diverse range of agreements
About You:
To succeed in this position, your expertise, skills and personality should include:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in municipal law
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and project management abilities
- A strong degree of emotional intelligence
- Access to reliable transportation (Some overnight travel may be expected)
