Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney with 6-10 years of transactional and litigation experience in business and real estate law. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, providing legal advice to clients, and managing business and real estate law cases. Day-to-day tasks will also include drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents, as well as representing clients in court and other legal proceedings.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of relevant legal experience
- Proficiency in Business and Real Estate Law
- Strong skills in providing Legal Advice
- Excellent Research abilities
- Effective Negotiation skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of California
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
