Based upon the chosen applicant's experience and comfort level, the chosen attorney would have their own felony level caseload within the first 6 months to a year with the office.

Duties: Works under the direct supervision of the Prosecuting Attorney and Chief Assistant Prosecutor. Performs a variety of legal tasks associated with the position. These tasks include, but are not limited to, motion practice, warrant review and charge decisions, jury trials, plea negotiations, search warrant
review, and legal research. Depending on experience level cases may be assigned in District, Circuit, and Family courts. Performs all other duties as assigned,

Requirements: Must be a licensed member of the Michigan State Bar Association in good standing.
