Responsibilities:
The Assistant General Counsel - Immigration will provide legal advice on immigration laws to corporate and business units. This attorney will handle immigration cases and issues related to corporate personnel. This attorney handles employment based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, analyzes, evaluates and prepares key immigration legal documents including H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM labor certifications. This attorney determines and prepares appropriate immigrant visa petitions. This attorney troubleshoots and resolves complex legal issues and drafts complex case matters including support letters, audit responses, and appeals. This attorney organizes and schedule cases on a priority basis, supervises and follows cases from inception to completion within the stipulated timeframe and reviews and approves documents and filings for accuracy.

J.D. from ABA Accredited Law School
Member in Good Standing of State Bar of California (preferably California).

Minimum of five (5) years of prior legal experience handling employment based immigration matters.
