A Government Entity is seeking an individual for Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney. Must be member in good standing with the Virginia State Bar. Criminal prosecution/defense experience desired but not a requirement. Responsibilities involve extensive trial work in all courts in the prosecution of felony and misdemeanor cases, providing assistance to law enforcement, the general public and any other duties assigned by the Commonwealth's Attorney.This is a full time position with benefits.
