The Ohio Attorney General's Office, Antitrust Section is currently seeking an experienced, licensed attorney with a passion for public service to join its team. Our Antitrust Assistant Attorneys General work both independently and in teams to ensure that citizens and local governments alike can operate within a fair and competitive marketplace by enforcing state and federal antitrust laws. The person hired for this position will have a unique opportunity to protect Ohioan while working alongside other states, the Federal Trade Commission, and/or the U.S. Department of Justice as we grapple with unique issues in nationwide complex litigation. The successful candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably commercial litigation
  • Deposition experience
  • E-discovery experience/knowledge
  • Experience in negotiations

This position will work a hybrid in-person/remote schedule. There may be changes to this schedule based on training and operational needs. The headquarter location is 30 E. Broad St., Columbus.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio pursuant to Section 4705.01 of the Ohio Revised Code
  • 3 years of litigation experience
