Job Description and Duties:This position provides hybrid telework opportunities, with employees required to work in-person at least two days per week.
Under the general direction of the Chief Administrative Law Judge of A Government Entity, the incumbent will plan, coordinate, and direct the work of the Administrative Law Judges of SPB, and the Attorneys in the Staff hearing Office in conducting hearings and other proceedings within the Appeals function of SPB. The incumbent will also be an expert of the California Whistleblower Protection Act advising the Executive Officer on procedural and substantive matters for complex litigation brought before the SPB.
