Our Real Estate + Environment Section is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Transactional Associate with 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in real estate transactions of all sizes. We seek candidates who are adept at project management and highly proficient in working with complex debt and equity financing structures and purchase and sale transaction documentation, as well as due diligence, title and survey review, commercial leasing and UCC law. HUD experience is a plus.

This is a hybrid position based out of any of our California offices: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Rafael, or Walnut Creek. The annual base compensation range for this California position is between $190,000 and $210,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including but not limited to years of experience and professional skills required for this role.
