The idea to open Montiel Hodge was born from a need to better serve our clients. Prior to forming Montiel Hodge, we found the needs of clients often did not correspond with the internal structure and policies of a big-firm, often leading to strife � either internally or externally. At Montiel Hodge, we believe that client needs should not bend to firm practices. We have designed our firm to be responsive to the needs of each particular client with the aim of tailoring our firm to our clients instead of our clients to our firm.
