A Full-Service Am Law 200 Firm is seeking a patent attorney or patent agent with two to five years of experience to join our life science patent practice. Together, we service a range of companies from start-ups to some of the world's largest in their respective fields, strategically positioning and protecting their innovations. Position Requirements:

Previous patent prosecution law firm experience, patent bar membership, and a background in one of the following fields: cell or molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, cancer biology, pharmacology, biophysics, or digital health focused disciplines or biomedical, mechanical or chemical engineering
For attorneys: Law degree from accredited law school
Minimum 2 years of patent prosecution experience
Position is preferably located in our Salt Lake City or Denver offices, however other office locations will be considered
Experience with drafting and prosecution of medical device, mechanical, and basic electrical technology-related applications desired
Preference for additional patent or work experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemical compositions, and/or software
